The Process Of Selling Your Yacht

After a personal inspection, our team will compile a comprehensive market analysis report that will explain the value of your yacht, expected time on market, and other details pertaining to similar vessels and recently sold comparisons.

Vessel staging in preparation for the photo and video shoot will be arranged. Our team will work with you to address any necessary cosmetic detailing and personal belonging removal.

We will coordinate with our team of professional photographers and videographers to create stunning marketing material, which includes the use of a drone, video walk through, social media "short" videos, and still photography.

Zorn Yacht Sales will publish a comprehensive listing with ample descriptions and incorporation of the stunning visuals, making your listing stand out to prospective buyers. All Zorn Yacht Sales listings are published on our website, YachtWorld, the MLS, and major social media channels. Additionally, all of our listings are "co brokerage", maximizing your exposure.

We then facilitate the showings to prospective buyers, whether that be in the form of in-person showings, FaceTime viewings, or through recorded video footage. Every buyer has different needs and availability, so we adapt to whatever is needed to get the deal done.

Once a buyer has been secured, negotiations are ironed out with Zorn Yacht Sales doing the heavy lifting on your behalf. A survey and sea trial is planned, and our team will handle all of the nuances and coordinating of this process.

Closing takes place once a buyer is satisfied with the survey results. Our team will create closing documents, gather and disperse funds, and insure no loose ends are left unaddressed. We will also work with seller and buyer attorney representation if desired.
